Are the pumpkins real?

Yes. Every display uses real, uncarved pumpkins and specialty gourds in orange, white ghost, cream, muted green, blue-gray and heirloom varieties. We never carve them and we never use artificial pumpkins.

Yes — free delivery is included within our approved service areas. If your address falls outside those areas, we'll review it and confirm whether any travel charge applies before your installation is scheduled.

Always. Every package includes a custom porch layout, professional installation and complete styling by our team. You don't need to be home.

End-of-season removal is included free with the Signature and Estate collections. For the Classic and Premium collections it is optional and may be added during checkout, a flat $75 for any removal week.

Eligible pumpkins are donated to a local farm whenever accepted and available, so your display supports local animals and reduces seasonal waste.

Your photo is stored privately and used only to generate the porch preview you requested. It is never made publicly searchable, and uploaded images may be deleted automatically after 30 days.

Select “Other Surrounding Area” during booking. Your request is marked for service-area review, and we'll confirm delivery and any travel charge with you before your date is scheduled.

What happens if a pumpkin becomes damaged?

Pumpkins are perishable, natural products. If a pumpkin fails early in the season due to a defect, contact us and we'll replace it whenever seasonal stock allows.

What makes a good porch photo?

Take a clear photo during daylight. Stand directly in front of your porch and include the front door, steps, walkway and surrounding space. Avoid heavy shadows, night shots and extreme angles.

What is your cancellation policy?

14 or more days before the confirmed installation date — eligible for a full refund. 7–13 days before installation — eligible for a refund minus any inventory already purchased specifically for the project. Less than 7 days before installation — generally non-refundable because inventory has been purchased and installation time has been reserved. If Porch Perfect cannot complete the installation because of weather, supply issues, or circumstances within our control, we'll either reschedule or issue an appropriate refund.

Do I need to be home for installation?

No. As long as we have clear access to your porch, you don't need to be home. We'll email you once your installation is complete.

How long does an installation take?

Most installations take between 45 minutes and two hours depending on the collection and the size of your porch.

With normal fall weather, real pumpkins typically look beautiful for six to eight weeks. Cooler temperatures and shade help them last longer.

Light rain isn't a problem. If severe weather makes installation unsafe, we'll contact you and move your installation to the next available day.
