What we collect
We collect the contact details you submit (name, email, phone, service address, ZIP code and preferred installation timeframe), the porch photo you upload, and the package you select.
Image use consent
By uploading a photo you confirm that you own the image or have permission to use it, and you grant Porch Perfect permission to process that image solely to generate the porch preview you requested. We do not use your photo for marketing, training or public display without separate written permission.
How images are stored
Uploaded photos and generated previews are stored in private storage. They are not public, not indexed by search engines and not shared with third parties beyond the image-processing service required to create your preview.
Automatic deletion
Uploaded images will be used only to generate the requested porch preview and may be deleted automatically after 30 days. You may request earlier deletion at any time by contacting us.
AI visualization disclosure
AI-generated visualization for inspiration. Final pumpkin quantity, size, color, variety, placement, and decorative elements may vary based on porch dimensions, seasonal availability, and installation conditions.
Security measures
We apply upload validation (file type and 10 MB size limits), rate limiting, and a human-verification check on submissions. API credentials are stored server-side and are never exposed in the browser.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data — including your uploaded photos and generated previews — by contacting Porch Perfect.
